BSWUA Board of Directors Meeting on 8/26/2025
On 8/26/2025, at 1:50pm Laszlo Kubinyi President of Bachelor Switch Water Users Association called a special meeting of the Board of Directors electronically.
The participants were Laszlo Kubinyi President, Cory Tocher Vice President and Peggy Lindsey Director.
The first item of the agenda was to waive the notification requirement for the meeting.
Laszlo Kubinyi voted yes, seconded by Cory Tocher and also voted yes by Peggy Lindsey.
The main agenda of the meeting was to have BSWUA engage in a contractual agreement with Trisha Oakland to help with and eventually take over duties of Secretary and Treasurer.
Ms.Oakland proposed to start working for $35.00/hour and begin training and start performing the required tasks.
Laszlo Kubinyi made a motion to agree to the terms, Cory Tocher seconded, Peggy Lindsey also voted yes.
Thus the Board of Directors unanimously agreed to employ Ms. Trisha Oakland.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:17 pm.
