Minutes of the 2026 BSWUA Annual Meeting

Call to order:
The meeting was called to order by President Laszlo Kubinyi at 5:01 pm.
In person: Wil and Marion Earwood, Mike Cateriny, Trey Scott, Laszlo and Kathryn
Kubinyi, Kevin Karsh, Rich Willis, John and Doreen Pulbratek, Rick and Patty Blackford,
Peggy Lindsey Scott, Rick Noll, Henry Case (11 total)

11 tap owners in person, 2 on Google Meet and 8 proxies ( 21 in total, 14 required)
Reading of Minutes of the last Annual Meeting:
President Laszlo Kubinyi made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes
Peggy Lindsey seconded the motion. Members unanimously approved motion waiving of the
reading of the minutes.
Report of Officers:
Laszlo Kubinyi, BSWUA President Report:
● Introduction of Will Earwood and announcement of his interest in filing for an open seat
on board of directors.
● Reading of the Treasurer’s report. Financially BSWUA is doing fine, nothing in arrears for
filing. No major outstanding billings. Investments earning good interest and maintenance
and repairs have been under what was budgeted.
● Attended a City of Ouray council meeting regarding Mineral Farms requesting
adjustment of EQR for water. Suggests we see what City decides as it may set
precedent for city making exemptions.
Miscellaneous agenda items:
Don Mort requested a handout be given to attendees regarding sewage treatment odor. While
not within the scope of BSWUA, board distributed to any interested parties.
Election of directors:
Laszlo Kubinyi nominates Will Earwood for board of directors. Peggy Lindsey seconds.
Laszlo Kubinyi nominates Peggy Lindsey for board of directors for one year term or until
her home sells and she is no longer eligible for the position. Mike Cateriny seconds.
Peggy Lindsey nominates Laszlo Kubinyi for board president. Rick Blackford seconds.
All motions passed unanimously.
Adjournment:
President Laszlo Kubinyi motioned to adjourn. Peggy Lindsey seconded the motion.
Members unanimously approved the motion to adjourn at 5:35 pm.
